Virtual classes are £4 and live classes are £5. You can pay for a virtual session online securely with a variety of payment methods. Our live classes are now pay as your go classes. There’s no need to book, just bring £5 cash or you can use a debit card (£0.25p surcharge).

Virtual classes: You’ll receive an instant booking confirmation with a link and private password to enable you to access the class on your chosen day. You can take the class anytime between 9am and 9pm and even do it twice if you fancy it!! Each week the link stays the same, the password changes, so don’t forget to make a note of it to log in.

Live classes: Simply turn up 5-10 mins before the start time. Bring water and wear supportive footwear!
